Respect for your home
Every mounting point, cable route, and wall penetration is planned as though I were working on my own property.

The person behind every install.
I'm Caleb Mann, owner of Mann's Starlink Contracting. I built this company around a simple belief: every customer deserves skilled work, honest communication, and the same care I would expect at my own home.
Built from experience
Working on a farm taught me early that a job is finished only when it is done right. Farm work demands patience, problem-solving, attention to detail, and the willingness to stay with a difficult task until the result is dependable. Those lessons still guide the way I approach every installation today.
Before starting Mann's Starlink Contracting, I spent multiple years in the satellite field working specifically with DirecTV. That experience gave me a practical understanding of dish placement, signal requirements, exterior mounting, cable routing, equipment setup, and the importance of leaving a customer with a clean, reliable finished system.
Technical ability matters, but professionalism matters just as much. Arriving prepared, respecting a customer's property, explaining the work clearly, and verifying the connection before leaving are not extras—they are part of the job.
A different standard
I take this work extremely seriously because every installation affects someone's home, business, family, or livelihood. My goal is not simply to mount a dish. It is to make sure each customer feels confident in the work and genuinely happy with the finished installation.
Every mounting point, cable route, and wall penetration is planned as though I were working on my own property.
You work with me—not a rotating call center—from the first conversation through installation and testing.
I check the details, explain the system, and make sure you are comfortable with the result before the job is complete.
Why I started Mann's
I understand how frustrating it can be to deal with a large corporation and end up with long waits, unclear communication, or work that does not meet the quality you expected. Too often, the person giving the estimate is not the person completing the installation, and the customer is left navigating a system instead of speaking directly with someone who takes ownership.
That is why I began my own company. Mann's Starlink Contracting gives customers a more personal, family-oriented experience—one built on trust, craftsmanship, and accountability. I want every customer to know who is coming to their property, what work will be done, and that their satisfaction matters to the person performing it.
“I treat every home as if it were my own, because that is the standard I would want for my family.”
